After enduring a perilous journey, he settled in New York, where he initially worked long hours for minimal pay. Overcoming numerous challenges, including the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic, Cua seized the opportunity to start his own business, which has since expanded to employ 50 people. He remains committed to his community and adapts to the changing landscape of U.S. immigration policies while advocating for the recognition of immigrants as vital contributors to the economy.
