Edwin van de Sar

Edwin van de Sar is a retired Dutch footballer who is widely regarded as one of the greatest goalkeepers in the history of the sport. He had an illustrious career, playing for top clubs such as Ajax, Juventus, and Manchester United, where he won numerous domestic and international titles, including the UEFA Champions League. Known for his exceptional shot-stopping ability, commanding presence in the box, and excellent distribution, van de Sar also earned over 130 caps for the Netherlands national team. After retiring from professional football, he transitioned into management and administrative roles, contributing to the development of football in his home country and at the clubs he served.
