Elba Terán Gonzales

Elba Terán Gonzales is a Bolivian individual who has been repeatedly involved in narcotics trafficking. Recently, she was arrested by the Fuerza Especial de Lucha Contra el Narcotráfico (Felcn) while in possession of ten kilograms of cocaine in Villa Tunari.
