Marcelo Rodrigo Ramírez

Marcelo Rodrigo Ramírez is a former lieutenant colonel and bodyguard of Evo Morales who was recently recaptured after being fugitive. He was found with 23 kilograms of cocaine in Santa Cruz and had previously been linked to a drug trafficking case involving illegal flights to Spain. Ramírez had been hiding in Brazil before surrendering to authorities.
