Elcio Vieira, commonly referred to as Maradona, is a caseiro (caretaker) who gained notoriety during the investigations into the 'sítio de Atibaia' case linked to former President Lula. He played a significant role as a witness, stating that the property did not belong to Lula, and later ventured into politics, running for a city council seat in Atibaia.
