Eliezer Ben-Yehuda

Eliezer Ben-Yehuda was a key figure in the revival of the Hebrew language and is often referred to as the father of modern Hebrew. His efforts in the late 19th and early 20th centuries to promote Hebrew as a spoken language were instrumental in its adoption as one of the official languages of Israel.
