Elizabeth Rafaela Montoya Ojeda is a Mexican politician and member of the Movimiento Ciudadano party. Recently, she was involved in a violent incident where she and her colleague, Sergio Torres Félix, were attacked by armed assailants shortly after leaving the State Congress in Culiacán, Sinaloa. Both were injured in the attack and were transported to a hospital for treatment.
