Emilio Roman-Flores

Emilio Roman-Flores, the twin brother of Ricardo, was also arrested for similar charges related to threats made against DHS official Tricia McLaughlin, including unlawful possession of weapons and terroristic threats, amid an alarming increase in threats against Immigration and Customs Enforcement personnel.
