Enoch Wu is a Taiwanese politician and the founder of the Forward Alliance, a non-governmental organization focused on national security and disaster response. He is also a member of the Democratic Progressive Party (DPP). Recently, he has been in the news for leading a collaboration between the Forward Alliance and Microsoft Taiwan to develop an innovative disaster response and reporting management system aimed at improving public participation and coordination during emergencies in Taiwan.
