Enyerber Pernalete

Enyerber Pernalete, a 44-year-old resident of Ciudad Chávez, was in the news for sharing his experience of surviving a devastating earthquake that caused significant damage to his home. Living on the ground floor with his wife and three children, he attributes his survival to the reinforcements he made to his apartment, which he believes helped prevent the collapse of the building above him.
