Eoin Sheridan

Eoin Sheridan is the co-owner of The Dirty Souls, a barbecue establishment in Ireland that specializes in central Texas-style barbecue. His passion for barbecue was ignited by a love for jazz and blues, prompting him and his wife, Jeanette Bryson, to explore traditional barbecue in the southern United States. They transitioned from a food truck to a permanent restaurant, where they focus on using local Irish ingredients to create authentic barbecue dishes.
