Jeanette Bryson

Jeanette Bryson, along with her husband Eoin Sheridan, is the co-founder of The Dirty Souls, a barbecue restaurant in Letterkenny, Ireland. Their journey into the world of barbecue was inspired by a love for jazz and blues, leading them to travel through southern US states to experience the cuisine first-hand. After initially operating from a food truck, they opened their restaurant in October 2022, where they serve central Texas-style barbecue made with high-quality Irish ingredients.
