Ephrem Mbou Ekambou

Dr. Ephrem Mbou Ekambou is the president of the NGO 'Les chirurgiens de l’espoir' and a vocal advocate against child sexual violence in Gabon. He participated in a large protest on August 11, 2025, following the tragic murder of 10-year-old Esther Ludivine Moussavou Eyang Mba, where he called for government action to combat the alarming rates of sexual abuse against children and urged the Gabonese leadership to support initiatives for child protection.
