Esther Morales

Esther Morales is a prominent activist and founder of Proyecto Comida Calientita, a non-governmental organization in Tijuana, Mexico, that provides meals and support to migrants. Originally from Oaxaca, Mexico, she lived in the United States for approximately 20 years before being deported multiple times. After her ninth and final deportation in 2009, she settled in Tijuana and dedicated herself to helping others in similar situations, transforming her personal struggles into a mission to assist migrants in need.
