Etimad al-Mukaya

Etimad al-Mukaya is a 36-year-old woman from Gaza who has faced immense personal tragedy, losing her sister and son during the ongoing conflict. She recounts her cherished memories of running a beauty store in her neighborhood, which once brought her happiness and connection to the community. Following repeated displacements due to violence, she expresses a desire to leave the Gaza Strip to seek safety for herself and her remaining children.
