Eugen Angelescu

Eugen Angelescu, a prominent chemist and member of the Romanian Academy, was instrumental in establishing the Romanian school of colloid chemistry. He was born in Râmnicu Vâlcea and completed his education in Bucharest and Rome, making significant contributions to the field before serving as prorector of the University of Bucharest.
