Eusebio Ortellado

Eusebio Ortellado is the son of Silvano Ortellado, one of the victims of the violent repression during the Pascua Dolorosa in 1976. He has been an active voice in seeking justice for his father's execution and has criticized the slow progress in judicial processes regarding the crimes of the Stroessner regime, emphasizing that such crimes against humanity do not expire.
