Evghenij Prigozhin

Evghenij Prigozhin was a Russian businessman and the founder of the Wagner Group, a private military contractor with close ties to the Kremlin. Known as 'Putin's Chef' due to his catering business that served the Russian military, Prigozhin gained notoriety for his involvement in various conflicts around the world, including Ukraine, Syria, and Africa. He was also implicated in disinformation campaigns and election interference in the West. In 2023, he died in a mysterious plane crash shortly after leading a short-lived rebellion against the Russian government.
