Serghej Skripal

Serghej Skripal is a former Russian military officer and intelligence agent who became known for his defection to the United Kingdom in 2010. Skripal was a double agent for British intelligence, providing information about Russian operations. He gained international attention in 2018 when he and his daughter Yulia were poisoned in Salisbury, England, using a nerve agent in an assassination attempt widely attributed to the Russian government.
