Farhad Noori

Farhad Noori, a 24-year-old Afghan national, made headlines after he confessed to deliberately driving his car into a crowd in Munich, injuring at least 36 people, including a child. Prosecutors have indicated an Islamist motive for the attack, although Noori is not believed to be affiliated with any terrorist organizations. He entered Germany as an unaccompanied minor in 2016 and was legally residing in the country with a work permit at the time of the incident.
