Feddy Goyes

Feddy Goyes was the inspector of the Policía Nacional in Ecuador and was recently relieved of his duties alongside other senior police officials, including Víctor Hugo Zárate Pérez, as part of a government restructuring aimed at changing the leadership within the national police force.
