Federico Alberto Mazzagalli, 42, from the Caballito neighborhood of Buenos Aires, is a designer and audiovisual artist who was involved in the violent incidents at the Congress protest. Despite promoting a non-violent philosophy on his social media, he was seen in the act of violence and has previously campaigned against political figures through petitions.
