
Fehim ef. Spaho
Fehim ef. Spaho was a prominent Bosnian religious leader, scholar, and translator, serving as the sixth reisu-l-ulema of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Born in 1877 in Sarajevo, he held various administrative roles in the government, culminating in his appointment as the head of the Ministry of Religion in Belgrade. He was also known for his scholarly work, including the translation of significant religious texts, and was a key figure in the Islamic community until his passing on this day in 1942.
