Fernando Madrigal

Fernando Madrigal is the director of the Dirección de Patrimonio Cultural in Costa Rica, responsible for overseeing the preservation and protection of the nation's cultural heritage. Recently, he was involved in the response to damages sustained by the historic Escuela Metálica, where he addressed the need for specialized intervention to restore the building's structural integrity following an accident.
