Fiona Glynn is a former employee of the Comharchumann Oileán Árainn Mhór CTR, a community organization on Arranmore Island, who recently made headlines after losing a constructive dismissal claim against the co-op. She alleged that she was forced to resign due to public remarks made by the then-chairperson, which she interpreted as undermining her professionalism. The Workplace Relations Commission found her claim unsubstantiated, noting her failure to utilize the organization's grievance procedures and the deletion of numerous emails from the co-op's systems prior to her resignation.
