Francisco Govea

Francisco Govea is the son of Silvia Reyna Mendoza and a recent U.S. Army veteran. He enlisted in the military partly to secure citizenship for his mother, who has faced challenges due to her undocumented status. Govea has been vocal about the injustices faced by immigrants and has expressed concern regarding the lack of accountability for ICE contractors following allegations of misconduct against his mother.
