Franklin Paulino

Franklin Paulino is a Dominican politician and member of the Chamber of Deputies, representing the Partido Revolucionario Moderno (PRM). Recently, he was in the news for leading discussions regarding a legislative proposal that would authorize the government to incur debts exceeding RD$ 400 billion to cover the fiscal deficit in the 2026 budget.
