Fratelli Rosselli
The Rosselli brothers, Carlo and Nello, were prominent Italian anti-fascist activists and intellectuals in the early 20th century. Born to a wealthy Jewish family, they became vocal opponents of Mussolini's regime and played significant roles in the Italian resistance movement. Carlo was also a noted writer and socialist thinker, while Nello was involved in various political organizations advocating for democracy and social reform. Tragically, both brothers were assassinated by fascist agents in France in 1937, becoming martyrs for the anti-fascist cause and symbols of the struggle for freedom and justice in Italy.
