Fredy Alexander González Torres

Fredy Alexander González Torres is a Colombian doctor who has recently been implicated in a doping case involving professional cyclists Nairo and Dáyer Quintana. He was tried in France for allegedly possessing materials for doping and administering treatments to the Quintana brothers during the 2020 Tour de France. Following the trial, the French prosecutor recommended a one-year prison sentence, a fine, and a lengthy medical disqualification. The verdict is expected to be announced on April 2, 2023.
