Mikel Otero
Mikel Otero is a Spanish physiotherapist who has been implicated in the doping investigation alongside Colombian cyclist Nairo Quintana and physician Fredy Gonzales. Otero's involvement came to light after authorities searched the hotel rooms of the cyclists during the 2020 Tour de France, where prohibited substances were reportedly found.
