Fumiko Kinjo

Fumiko Kinjo, born in Okinawa in 1927, is recognized as the world's oldest working woman alongside her husband, Genji. Together, they run the Gabusoka Soba Honten restaurant, famous for its traditional Okinawan Soki-Soba noodles. Despite the tumultuous history of Okinawa, including the devastating battles of World War II, Fumiko has embraced a life of joy, love, and hard work, advocating for a big heart and a smile as the keys to longevity.
