Gabriela Lobianco

Originally from São Paulo, Brazil, Gabriela Lobianco has lived in Ireland for 19 years, during which she has become an Irish citizen and pursued a PhD at Cork University Business School. Balancing her academic pursuits with raising her 10-year-old daughter and working multiple part-time jobs, Lobianco's research focuses on the employment experiences of migrant women. Despite financial challenges, including a limited stipend that forces her to supplement her income, she expresses gratitude for the opportunity to study and contribute to an important area of research.
