Gai Lianyu

Gai Lianyu, born in March 1971, is a seasoned agricultural expert and politician in China, holding a master's degree in agricultural promotion. Currently, he serves as the party secretary of Shiguai District in Baotou and is recognized as a senior agronomist. Gai is a member of the Chinese Communist Party and is proposed for a deputy position in the municipal party committee.
