Miao Haibin

Miao Haibin, born in January 1973, is a Chinese police officer and politician with a master's degree in public management. He serves as the head of the ecological environment and food and drug crime investigation team within the Inner Mongolia Public Security Department. A member of the Chinese Communist Party, Miao is nominated for a deputy position in the municipal government.
