Gen Dagalo

General Mohamed Hamdan Dagalo, commonly known as Hemedti, is a prominent Sudanese military leader and the commander of the Rapid Support Forces (RSF), a paramilitary group that has been central to the ongoing civil war in Sudan. Emerging from the notorious Janjaweed militia, Dagalo has built the RSF into a powerful force with significant control over Sudan's resources, particularly gold. His rivalry with General Burhan has escalated into a brutal conflict for power and control over Sudan, leading to widespread violence and humanitarian crises. Dagalo has faced international condemnation for alleged human rights abuses and genocide in Darfur.
