Gholamhossein Mohammadnia is a senior deputy in Iran's Ministry of Intelligence and Security (MOIS) and a former Iranian ambassador to Albania. The FBI has accused him of leading efforts to obscure Iran's involvement in the abduction of Robert Levinson, who vanished in 2007, and of attempting to shift blame for the incident onto a terrorist group in Pakistan.
