Gracia Grande

Gracia Grande is a program officer at the Salvadoran branch of the Netherlands Institute for Multiparty Democracy. She has been vocal about the existential threats posed by Nayib Bukele's government to non-governmental organizations (NGOs) in El Salvador, particularly following the passage of a new law taxing foreign donations to NGOs at 30%, which she believes could cripple their operations in the country.
