Guillermo Briseño

Guillermo Briseño is the newly appointed commander of the Guardia Nacional in Mexico. He has recently been in the news due to allegations involving members of his force being implicated in criminal activities, including a reported robbery in Tijuana where individuals posing as Guardia Nacional officers were accused of assaulting a couple.
