Gulnara Penkova

Gulnara Penkova is a prominent Russian political figure, currently serving as the spokesperson for the Mayor of Moscow, Sergey Sobyanin. She previously worked in the Presidential Administration of Russia under Vladimir Putin, advancing through the ranks to become Deputy Head of the Press and Information Department. Penkova is also noted for her close personal connection to Sergei Glinka, with whom she shares a daughter.
