Guy Dagan

Guy Dagan is a co-founder of Maysilium, a startup dedicated to making mushroom cultivation accessible to the public in Israel. Together with his partner Tal, Guy focuses on importing high-quality mushroom species from the U.S. and adapting them for local growing conditions, while also collaborating with local foragers to develop new products.
