Ron Dotan is a mushroom grower from Ein Yahav who initially worked in his family's agricultural business before venturing into mushroom cultivation. Inspired by a friend's encouragement, he began growing 'Oyster mushrooms' and has since expanded his focus on this unique agricultural niche, finding joy in the process.
