H.S. Sampath Thuyikontha

H.S. Sampath Thuyikontha is a retired Air Vice Marshal and currently serves as the Secretary of the Ministry of Defense in Sri Lanka. He was recently in the news for his role in the exchange of defense cooperation agreements between Sri Lanka and India, which aim to enhance security collaboration between the two nations.
