Habibollah Sayyari
Habibollah Sayyari is an Iranian military officer, currently serving as a Rear Admiral in the Islamic Republic of Iran Navy. He has held various leadership roles within the Iranian military and has been actively involved in defense initiatives and modernization programs. Recently, he was in the news for announcing the introduction of a new indigenous weapon system named 'Mosaf', which has replaced the long-standing G3 rifle as the standard issue for the Iranian Army's ground forces.
