Haley Watts

Haley Watts is a BCITO-qualified plasterer from the Bay of Plenty, New Zealand, who began her career in construction after participating in the Gateway programme at high school. At just 21 years old, she launched her own interior plastering business, Watts Stop, in early 2024. Passionate about breaking barriers in the male-dominated construction industry, Watts advocates for better on-site facilities for women. She actively supports the Actions Speak Louder initiative, which provides essential resources for women in trades, and encourages other women to confidently pursue careers in construction.
