Harald Elsner

Harald Elsner is a German economic geologist affiliated with the Federal Institute for Geosciences and Natural Resources (BGR). He specializes in the assessment and exploration of mineral resources, including rare earth elements, which are crucial for various high-tech applications such as electric motors and semiconductors.
