Harold Koh

Harold Koh is a prominent American legal scholar and former government official known for his work on international law and human rights. He served as the Legal Adviser of the U.S. Department of State from 2009 to 2013 under President Obama, where he was instrumental in shaping U.S. policy on issues such as the use of drones and the legal framework for military operations.
