Haykal Hubeis is the Secretary General of the Indonesian Association of Processing and Refining Industries (AP3I). He has been vocal about the critical role of nikel in Indonesia's mining sector and the need for government policies to enhance the value-added potential of nikel products, especially in the context of increasing global demand and recent trade tensions.
