Héctor Zepeda

Héctor Zepeda, also known as El Comandante Teto, is the leader of the Community Police in Coahuayana, Michoacán. He gained prominence for his role in organizing local self-defense groups against the Jalisco New Generation Cartel (CJNG) as they expanded their influence after the decline of Los Caballeros Templarios.
