Hedva Rosenberg

Hedva Rosenberg, born in 1938, is the daughter of Sara and Tsvi Rosenberg, co-founders of the Kition restaurant in Tel Aviv. Though she was initially encouraged to pursue a different career, Hedva became integral to the restaurant's operation. Her life and experiences reflect the continuity of family traditions and the importance of Kition as a cultural and culinary landmark in Israel.
