Hennadiy Balashov
Hennadiy Balashov is a Ukrainian businessman and politician who served as a member of the Ukrainian Parliament from 1998 to 2002. He is the leader of the political party '5.10,' which he founded in 2014, and he was a presidential candidate in the 2019 elections.
